Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or postpone your appointment, please give the counsellor at least 48 hours notice. Cancelations inside of 48 hours will be charged 50% of the cost for the session. Cancelations made inside of 24 hours will be charged 100% of the cost for the session.
